Formed from the initials of the “National Organization of Industrial Trade Unions,” our National Union is proud to be a member of the International Union of Journeymen and Allied Trades (IUJAT), forging a powerful alliance for workers’ rights.

Within our ranks, NOITU is the Parent National Union, uniting five autonomous local Unions that represent a diverse array of skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled industrial workers. Since our founding in 1953, we’ve upheld a steadfast dedication to improving the lives of our members through hard work and integrity.
